Addressing Issues

It’s expected that you will have pushback if you are reaching the client during a time they were already considering cancelling or if the price increase is over 100% or more. Be patient with reeducating the client on what they will loose with cancelling – even going so far as speaking with them on a call if needed. There is always the option to let them keep the old price for a set period of time (it’s your business, do what’s right for you), you will just need to fight this fight again when that period of time is up.
