Update Customer Info

Orders before November 2023 were processed in ThriveCart. If you need a receipt, click here to access that portal.

Update Your Email Address

Please note: All user permissions are controlled by Active Campaign. If you need to update your email address, we highly recommend you submit a support ticket to and our staff will complete it within a few business days. This way there is no issue with access.


All subscriptions (Agency CORE Club and Open Pass) are controlled by ThriveCart. Please click here to access your ThriveCart portal to update, modify, or cancel your subscription.

** Please note that canceling your subscription IMMEDIATELY removes the access tag. Therefore, your access to any course content, coaching calls, or workshops tied to that subscription will not be available once you cancel.
