Re-Connecting with the Past Client

If your past client is not on a care plan, re-connecting with them will work best if they have some immediate needs for the website, like a software update or small change/tweak to copy, etc. If they already have you updating or changing their website without a care plan, you will need to utilize the “free plan” email option as well as some strategy from “Raising Prices” (available in the next lesson).
